Our previous experience, coupled with a commitment to
continuous professional development, gives us a detailed
insight into the world of work-based learning and other
people based sectors - and the current challenges facing
providers at both strategic and operational level.
We pride ourselves in offering a bespoke service, rather than relying on 'off-the-shelf' solutions to issues facing providers. We are firm advocates of the adage that says 'Quality means consistently meeting customer needs at least cost', and endeavour to put that into practice in everything we do.

- gathering information and helping to compile annual self-assessment reports
- undertaking research and surveys to obtain feedback on services
- auditing and reviewing quality assurance systems, self-assessment reports and development plans
- devising effective development plans and helping to put them into practice
- developing, writing, reviewing and revising policies, systems and procedures
- consolidating and unifying systems and procedures to meet the needs of disparate contracting agencies
- linking current quality assurance and self-assessment arrangements to other quality systems (e.g. ISO9001:2000, Investors in People, EQFM Excellence Model)
