	Surveys and research
	Services need to be monitored regularly and feedback obtained from all those with an interest in their performance (funding bodies, service users, staff, volunteers, referral agencies, etc). Some useful information will be gathered through day-to-day activity, but there will be times when additional data and an objective view are desirable.
	We can provide that independent view for you. We have considerable experience of obtaining, analysing and evaluating independent feedback from a wide range of people and organisations using a variety of quantitative and qualitative survey methods, including:
	written questionnaires individual interviews (face-to-face and by telephone) group interviews.
	In addition, we have been commissioned to act as research consultants on a number of national projects, using the above survey methods coupled with literature and document reviews as well as desk and internet research. We are used to writing and presenting detailed reports of our findings, conclusions and recommendations to clients.
